This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes in their third year of organic conversion, matured in rum barrels. Jerome Lefevre's cuvées are always unique and produced in limited quantities. They showcase the richness of the Champagne terroir while asserting a unique style. This Côteaux Champenois is a 100% Chardonnay from a selected plot located on the upper slopes of the Gland terroir. The wine has been matured in rum barrels. Only naturally occurring sulfites are used during its production. The grapes are undergoing organic conversion. The wine is bottled in 230 0.75-liter bottles.
