Papanapator

Lolita Sene's Papanapator 2022 is a blend of 80% Syrah from Saint-Victor-Lacoste, planted on clay-sandy soils surrounded by woods, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The Syrah undergoes spontaneous fermentation with whole-cluster pressing, while the Sauvignon Blanc macerates on the skins for a week. The wines are assembled at the end of the élevage in stainless steel. With no added sulfites and unfiltered, Papanapator is a fresher variation of Lolita's Syrah, characterized by its bright fruitiness and floral notes of violet. This wine, with its characteristics bordering on rosé and red, is incredibly easy to drink and exceptionally delicious.
