Founded in 2021, Castrum Roche pays homage to family tradition, vinifying its first bottles of Nebbiolo from two hectares of vineyards inherited from its grandparents. Cultivated on the stunning terrace of Torriglione, overlooking the Rocche dell'Annunziata, the 2021 Nebbiolo is a tribute to the purity of the fruit. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, this wine expresses the essence of the Langhe, combining drinkability and sophistication.
