Lolita Sene's Kiffe Kiffe 2022 is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Half of the grapes were whole-cluster pressed, while the other half underwent a week-long maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation. Aged in stainless steel without added sulfites, filtering, or fining, this wine offers an enticing palate of citrus fruits, white peach, and floral notes. The palate is delicate and pure, with the short maceration providing a subtle structure to this highly refreshing juice.
