Lolita Sene’s Ginger Sushi 2022 is a natural wine made from a blend of Grenache Noir and Clairette Rose. The grapes, which were impacted by a hailstorm, underwent a ten-day skin contact fermentation. Aged in stainless steel with no added sulfites, this wine is a testament to minimal intervention winemaking. The result is a refreshing and complex wine with a surprising range of flavors.
