Lolita Sene's Couscous 2022 is a light-bodied red wine crafted in a traditional style. Made entirely from young Cinsault grapes grown on calcareous soils near Rochefort-du-Gard, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with a full week of carbonic maceration on the whole bunch followed by gentle pneumatic pressing. Aged in stainless steel, with no added sulfites and unfiltered, Couscous 2022 is a pure expression of the fruit. Produced in collaboration with Nicolas Renaud of Clos des Grillons.
