The Côteaux Champenois Blanc Le Vin tranquille 'Blue Label' by Stroebel is a white wine made from 100% Meunier grapes (vinified in white) harvested in 2020 from the lieu-dit "Les Cumines", a north-facing vineyard planted by Timothée's grandfather in 1964 near the village of Villers-Allerand (Montagne de Reims). Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, fermentation and ageing for about 18 months in oak barrels before bottling - with no added sulphites - in August 2022 for only 2,645 bottles.
