The Côteaux Champenois La Vie est Stroebel by Stroebel is a red wine made from 55% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes (vinified in red) harvested in 2020 near the village of Villers-Allerand (Montagne de Reims). Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, fermentation and ageing for about 24 months in oak barrels before bottling - with no added sulphites - in October 2022 for only 301 bottles.
