Coteaux Champenois AOC
The result of patient and precise aging, Composition #2 comes from a blend of young, expressive Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes. Jerome Lefevre's cuvées are always unique, organic, and produced in limited quantities. They showcase the richness of the Champagne terroir while asserting a unique style. This Côteaux Champenois is composed of 50% Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir grapes, originating from the "Les Chapelles" parcel, located in Saulchery. The grapes were harvested in 2020, and the wine was aged for one year in oak barrels. Only naturally occurring sulfites are used in its production. The wine is certified organic by Ecocert and is bottled in 720 numbered 0.75-liter bottles.
